Shipping FAQ

TITAN PCs provides delivery services to customers who wish to take advantage of our wide product range, as well as our highly competitive prices.

Our preferred method of payment is VISA, MasterCard, PayPal or C.O.D.

Our preferred method of shipment is by Canada Post. The shipping charges we quote are based on actual shipping cost, as well as the required insurance (against loss, damage, and theft).

Delivery times using Canada Post service, range from two to five business days on average, not including weekends or holidays.

If payment is made by money order, or certified cheque, please make it payable to: TITAN PCs Shipment of your order will not occur until after receiving cheque or money orders in mail.

Any orders for delivery within Ontario are subject to  HST taxes. All orders for delivery outside of Ontario will be charged applicable taxes for that province.

All product orders are shipped directly from our location.

Shipping normally takes between one to three business days depending on parts availability, as well as time of product order (not including weekends).

On certain occasions, there may be some delay between the original order and the actual shipment of the order. If this is the case, the customer will be notified of the circumstances, and will be given options.

Once the order has been shipped from our warehouse and a tracking number is obtained from Canada Post, the customer can contact us to obtain their respective tracking number for the parcel.

Using the tracking number, the customer can then visit the Canada Post website to check the status of their shipment, using their online service at the following link:

Return/Exchange Policy
Returns must be made within the first 14 days of receiving the shipment from TITAN PCs. Refunds are for the products only, not for shipping.

Only unopened products may be returned for a refund. If the products are opened, the products are only eligible for return or exchange if it is defective, and verified by our technicians. We require the return of all the original packaging, including manuals, CDs, etc.

All returns must be shipped in a secure and well-packaged container. TITAN PCs is not responsible or liable for any loss or damage, incurred during the shipping of the products. Please ship with the appropriate insurance, packaging and documentation, to ensure a safe delivery of the products back to us.

We will not accept any returns on products if any of the following apply:

Missing items, written or altered printed materials (included with product), physical damage, or shipping damage.

All products have a standard one-year warranty, unless otherwise specified.

Please contact our RMA department and obtain an RMA number prior to shipping any products you wish to return or have exchanged due to possible defects.

The customer must pay for shipping to return any suspected defective products to us. Once we have tested and confirmed the product is defective, we will pay for the shipping of the replacement product back to the customer, if purchased within the first thirty days. If the product is not defective, the customer is liable for the shipping charges.

The customer may choose to deal with the manufacturer of the product directly, if the product is a retail boxed version for faster service.
